Project Overview

MY LIGHT is a B2C service that offers language study books with online materials such as videos, Q&A, audio, and PDFs. The product comprises an e-commerce flow and an e-learning flow. During my two years on this project, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop designs catering to end-user and business needs.

The service grew 2 times every year. Users reviewed they loved the simple UI, and we kept the number 1 brand position. Our competitors have even copied our user flow and interfaces. I am excited to share some impactful UX/UI projects in this case study.

Role & Responsibility

As a Senior UX/UI designer, I led the design process and collaborated with a growing team. From the initial service launch to 80 sprints and iterations, I conducted user and competitive research and delivered lo-fi to hi-fi prototypes. This experience has enabled me to become a product designer who bridges business and user needs with expertise in product management skills such as backlog facilitation, scrum leading, policy documentation, and service planning.
