Project Overview

The VERS platform is a P2P service that connects consumers with passionate creators. VERS creates a loyal fan base and encourages the continuous development of new products. This platform was ahead of its time, predating Instagram's live commerce feature.

After completing the business plan, service, and UX design, I joined the company and focused on the project's core work, primarily designing the GUI. I collaborated with the UI Design Lead in English to create multiple user scenarios within the prototype, which provided valuable insights for marketing and business models.

Problem & Background

Business Problem

Hanwha Group owns a high-end department store called Galaria, and we operate a pop-up store for the sustainable fashion industry. However, the cost of offline sales increased due to the trend toward digitalization. To overcome this challenge, we decided to launch a mobile e-commerce platform. We aimed to increase net sales by 30% to 60% while minimizing fixed costs.
